Over the years we have made many changes to the property to make your stay a point of conversation. On the water you have access to a dock, which you are able to tie your water crafts and a riverfront beach area for those late night bonfire gatherings watching the Wasaga Beach fireworks or the nightly theater of beach sunsets

Being in the heart of Beach Area 1 means your walk to the main beach and strip is very quick. Outdoor picnic tables and plenty of coloured Adirondack style chairs will serve your guests a place to relax while the provided BBQ is cooking up dinner.

This property offers 3 cottages, side by side on the same property. You can take advantage of a max capacity of 25 for your larger family outings. We can accommodate even larger groups for weddings, family reunions, friendly gatherings and more as we have multiple properties along the same street.

I have been staying at cottage number one for 3 summers. I just stayed there for the May long weekend and will return for a week in August. I LOVE cottage one. It has an amazing property and is in the most convenient location in Wasaga Beach. Once you get there you never have to move your car. Within walking distance you can find nearly any ammenity you could possibly want including; food, bars, boat rentals, LCBO, The Beer Store, the beach, Walmart, grocery stores, ect. I have never been so content with both my cottage experience and the friendly customer service provided by the Beach1 staff. The staff is available 24-7 to ensure your cottage experience is up to par. Whether you're looking for a week of good times with friends or some relax and restation, this place is it in Wasaga!
