Booking process
Payment and Security Deposit are due immediately in order to book and reserve the cottage. If you would like to discuss a payment plan with us, to give you more time to reserve the cottage you are interested in, give us a call and we can make an arrangement with you.
Payment Options
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Security Deposits are returned once the inspection process is complete after you check out, and will be sent to you via Interac E Transfer, or Expresspost to your registered address within 7 business days if there are no issues. Full refunds on deposits and payments if you cancel outside of 90 days. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking within 90 days, you will receive a full refund of the payment if we are able to book the date to another party, but the security deposit is withheld. If you have any further questions, please talk to our staff.

Cottage #1 shares a property with our Cottage #2 and #3 at 28 River Avenue Cresent. Its located along the Riverfront of the Nottawasaga River directly in the heart of Beach Area 1. Cottage #1 is a cozy, comfortable cottage just a two minute walk to the World's Largest Fresh Water Beach. This is a prime location, for guests of all ages who wish to park their car in the driveway, enjoy the summer sun and be able to access everything by walking.

We just celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary with 8 of our closest friends for a week at cottage #1. BEST TIME EVER!!!! Not only are the staff absolutely fantastic, but they are easy going and HILARIOUS too. Everything that was promised on the website, was 100% true, and it all made the stay very easy and relaxing. I would like to personally thank Aaron for all of his understanding and responses to my 100 emails (i'm a little uptight and over prepared sometimes). He answered EVERY question quickly, and thoroughly to ease my mind and make sure I was prepared for this trip. He also helped to make it a great surprise for my husband. The water is perfect for swimming, the dock is oh so very relaxing, the sand is clean, the cottage is exceptional, and everything you could ever need is in walking distance. THANK YOU!!!! The memories you helped us create can never be replaced =) TWO EPIC THUMBS UP!!!!! We will definitely be saying with you again!

I have been staying at cottage number one for 3 summers. I just stayed there for the May long weekend and will return for a (free!!!) week in August because my friends and I won the Facebook challenge in summer 2010. I LOVE cottage one. It has an amazing property and is in the most convenient location in Wasaga Beach. Once you get there you never have to move your car. Within walking distance you can find nearly any ammenity you could possibly want including; food, bars, boat rentals, LCBO, The Beer Store, the beach, Walmart, grocery stores, ect. I have never been so content with both my cottage experience and the friendly customer service provided by the Beach1 staff. The staff is available 24-7 to ensure your cottage experience is up to par. Whether you're looking for a week of good times with friends or some relax and restation, this place is it in Wasaga! !

I booked this cottage for myself and 9 friends. Everyone commented on what a great place this is. Its extremely clean and comfortably and things like the oven, BBQ etc are all brand new. Great sitting area / firepit at the river and the location to everything was perfect. We would definetly stay here again.
